Please review these policies before using Forsaken Veil, the website, launcher, Discord, game server, support systems, or related services.

1. Unofficial Fan Project

Forsaken Veil and all related services operated by Forsaken Nether Games LLC are unofficial fan-made projects. Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates own all rights, title, and interest in World of Warcraft and related intellectual property.

2. About the Services

Forsaken Nether Games LLC operates a private server project and related community services, including the website, launcher, Discord, and game services for entertainment and community purposes.

3. Eligibility

You may only use the Services if you are legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

4. Limited License

Subject to your compliance, Forsaken Nether Games LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Cheats, hacks, exploits, dupes, malicious tools, or unauthorized automation
• Interference with server, website, launcher, infrastructure, or account systems
• Staff impersonation, harassment, threats, scams, spam, or abuse
• Staff/admin accounts used for unauthorized purposes or multiboxing
• Real-money trading involving accounts, gold, items, boosts, or services

6. Accounts and Security

If registration is required, provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account.

7. Community Rules

Use names, chat, Discord, support channels, and public areas appropriately. Harassment, hate speech, threats, scams, malicious links, and repeated disruptive behavior are not allowed.

8. No Ownership in Virtual Content

Accounts, characters, items, gold, names, rewards, and other virtual content are service features only. They are licensed, limited, revocable, and are not your property.

9. Service Changes

We may patch, update, rebalance, wipe, reset, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. Beta features may change frequently.

10. Donations and Store Items

Optional payments support operation of the Services unless stated otherwise. Unless required by law, donations and payments are final and non-refundable. Optional benefits are service features and may change.

11. User Content

If you submit bug reports, screenshots, suggestions, posts, messages, or other content, you grant Forsaken Nether Games LLC permission to host, store, display, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Services.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, preservation of accounts or characters, or continued availability of any feature.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forsaken Nether Games LLC and related parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, data-loss, access-loss, character-loss, item-loss, progression-loss, or goodwill damages.

14. Enforcement and Termination

We may monitor, investigate, suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for rule enforcement, security, abuse prevention, service integrity, technical operation, or legal compliance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
